Bringing clarity to construction workflows at Visibuild

I'm the design lead for two squads at Visibuild, working with six engineers. My work runs from product strategy through to delivery, and I've grown the design team along the way.

I worked closely with our CEO to turn a blurry vision for documents into a module that now earns real revenue. It went from idea to launch in four months. I also defined our AI patterns and scaled them across the product, shaped for people working on construction sites.

I look for the places the product is weakest and turn them into strengths. Inspections on web was one of them. I redesigned the flow and halved the time to complete one.

That work made me a finalist for Startup Employee of the Year across Australia and New Zealand at the 2026 Best in Tech Awards, presented by Startup Daily and AWS.
